Standard 13-gallon bags. The rim holds the liner and keeps it out of sight, so you don't need anything special or branded.
Wipe the stainless with a soft cloth, following the grain. The anti-fingerprint coating means it rarely needs more than that.
For the plastic parts inside, mild soap and warm water. Open both doors first, since that's the point of them. Avoid abrasive pads and bleach-based sprays on the steel.
A latch holds both front doors closed while the bin is in use, so you can press the trash down without them giving way. Lift the lid to ninety degrees and the latch releases, letting the doors swing open.
The base is sealed, so anything that escapes the liner collects there rather than running onto the floor. Lift it out and rinse it.
